PanKbase Data Library Access Policy

Public Data

All datasets in the PanKbase Data Library are made publicly available after each official data release. This includes raw and processed data, annotations, and metadata.
Researchers are free to download, analyze, and use these datasets in their own work.

Pre-Release Data (Consortium Only)

Data that is under review or pending release is restricted to PanKbase consortium members. These datasets are marked as “In Progress” and are available only to authenticated users.

To request consortium access, email help@pankbase.org with:

• Full name
• Email linked to a Google or GitHub account
• Affiliated lab or institution

Contributed Data

Labs may contribute data to PanKbase at any time. Submitted data is curated and made publicly available during the next scheduled data release. During this period, it remains accessible only to the contributing lab or consortium.
