The Data Library enables query and browsing components of analysis resources created by PanKbase, including meta-data on human donors and biosamples, details on experimental assays, standardized processing of data ('processed results'), workflows used to process data and create resources, and the resources themselves ('analysis results').

PanKbase internal donor IDs are provided (e.g. PKBDO7330CDCK) and can be linked to RRIDs by clicking on each donor. To peruse summarized donor metadata, visit the Donor Summary page. Explore interactive plots of single cell RNA-seq or single nucleus ATAC-seq data from available donors through the Integrated Cell Browser.
